We're looking for a passionate and skilled head of BizOps who wants to swing for the fences to accomplish our mission, is excited by an early-stage startup environment where the hardest problems are yet to be solved, and is eager to learn and collaborate together. As the first BizOps hire, you will be trusted with running day-to-day company operations ranging from accounting, finance, HR/IT, and more. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

What you'll be working on

Assist with various internal operations, including but not limited to Finance, IT, HR, and Recruiting
Managing internal KPIs & analytics that help inform business health and gotomarket success
Developing and tracking key company KPIs to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Partnering with other product teams and founders to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance
