In this role, you will be part of a highly talented, diverse team responsible for building new features and enhancing existing functionality for SS&C Advent's market-leading global Portfolio Management solution, Geneva.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Help shape the platform to evolve and modernize with the growing needs of our thriving customer base, enabling growth for the business.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to crossfunctional audience, including internal teams, senior leadership, and clients.
  • Lead crossfunctional implementation team (software engineers, quality engineers, technical writers) through all phases of the development process to successfully deliver features.
  • Identify, author, and prioritize user stories including detailed description of expected behavior for proposed product changes.
  • Be an advocate for clients in design and implementation discussions.
  • Determine acceptance criteria to feed into the QA process; validate features to check for completeness and accuracy.
  • Work with other internal teams (E

Customer Support) to provide technical assistance for prompt resolution of escalations.

  • Collaborate with teams across time zones in US and China.
What You Will Brin

g:

  • Bachelor's (or higher) in Software Engineering or Business Administration is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent for an enterprise software is required.
  • Operational Linux knowledge (or willingness to learn it) is needed to be successful in this role.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with the ability to see the bigger picture are essential for this role.
  • Should be an excellent communicator and able to work well under pressure.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be an effective collaborator who can independently manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Prior working experience in financial industry and/or interest in learning the business domain is desired.
