- Coordinate meetings and event calendars, including preparing necessary materials, reserving conference rooms, and taking notes
- Supervise the reception area and common rooms
- Handle all scheduling and travel coordination for the team
- Screen incoming calls and visitors, engage with high-level stakeholders, and maintain contact lists
- Organize travel arrangements for the executive team, manage expense reporting, and make last-minute adjustments
- Manage correspondence, project documentation, and updates
- Submit maintenance requests and ensure all common areas are well-stocked
- Manage supplies ordering, inventory, and office budgets
- Organize ad hoc client and internal team events
- 5+ years of experience in executive-level support
- Interest/passion for sustainability
- VC or start-up industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- High proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software systems
- Strong communicator with a commitment to follow-through and organization
- Professionalism, with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks and sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborative nature and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, focused, and positive attitude
