    Description

    Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst 1 or 2

    Location: San Francisco

    We are collaborating with a dynamic local boutique firm actively seeking to expand its tech team in San Francisco by adding an Investment Banking Analyst 1 or Analyst Grads). Specializing in the Software & Internet sector, they boast an impressive track record with over 100 successfully completed transactions since their inception in 2011.

    To be considered for this role, you need the following:

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year of Investment Banking experience
    • Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
    • Strong accounting skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Having your Series licenses preferred
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
