    Job Title:
    Investment Banking Analyst 1 or 2


    Location:
    San Francisco

    We are collaborating with a dynamic local boutique firm actively seeking to expand its tech team in San Francisco by adding an Investment Banking Analyst 1 or Analyst Grads).

    Specializing in the Software & Internet sector, they boast an impressive track record with over 100 successfully completed transactions since their inception in 2011.

    To be considered for this role, you need the following:


    Qualifications:
    1 year of Investment Banking experience
    Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
    Strong accounting skills
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Having your Series licenses preferred
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
