- $17-20 hourly
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. This looks like handling the paperwork for our servicing department to help ensure compliance.
- Provide awesome customer service to customers and internal team.
- Assist other departments as needed- it's a great opportunity to grow into other departments
- A minimum of 2-3 years administrative assistant or customer service experience in an office setting. Experience within the auto finance industry or consumer finance industries highly preferred. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail oriented to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
- Amazing customer service and communication skills.
- Team player who is willing to help out other departments as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
