JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an
Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's CEO who oversees 6 different companies.
Ultimately, the Admin Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our CEO.
Your Role
This position reports directly to the CEO
Requirements:
5+ years experience in an administrative assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role
Outstanding organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills Trustworthy and reliable Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
