Job Description:

  • Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative support duties.
  • Types letters, and reports from drafts and proofreads and reviews documents for grammatical and numerical errors.
  • Prepares reports, and other documents using word processing, and spreadsheet software packages.
  • Answers telephone calls, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties.
  • Maintains, updates or creates databases and/or database information.
  • Copy, scan, and file correspondences, records, documents and reports according to an established system in the cloud.
  • Sorts and distributes mail and packages to appropriate parties.

Requirements:

  • Analytical thinker.
  • Knowledge of using webbased programs.
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Copying, and Scanning
  • HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience
  • Pursuing a college degree is a plus
  • Pursuing law school is a plus
  • Ability to follow directions and ask questions
