Who We're Looking For

_ Position Description:
_
The
Administrative Assistant will assist with multiple administrative responsibilities and duties.


Position Duties:


  • Provides professional assistance to the residents within the community
- person meetings in the common areas or management office

  • Acts as the main "point of contact" for the community when management is not onsite
  • Prepares reports for management review after each shift including identifying any items that need additional attention or follow up
  • View daily log document,
  • Review guard checklist for the night shifts
  • Regularly walk throughout the community to ensure that all areas are secure at appropriate times and report any suspicious activity
  • Program and issue access devices as needed, for vehicle gate remotes, and access FOBs for common areas
  • Special projects & tasks as assigned, including but not limited to, vendor and calendar updates, bidding process. board packet creation and mailers, inventory tracking of keys, remotes, FOBs, vending machine, posting notice, contract renewals and Invoice processing

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or BS/BA Degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Property Management or a servicerelated industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft's Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
