    Position Description: The Compliance Coordinator for Community Associations is responsible for ensuring that the community association follows all governing documents, local, state, and federal regulations, and laws. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Compliance Coordinator must be able to communicate effectively with board members, homeowners, and vendors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review governing documents and ensure that the association is in compliance
    • Manage and track violations of governing documents and enforce the association's rules and regulations
    • Coordinate with homeowners and vendors to resolve compliance issues
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
    • Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities

    Performance Expectations:

    • Meet or exceed performance expectations in key areas, including compliance, customer service, and communication
    • Ensure that the association is in compliance with all governing documents, local, state, and federal regulations, and laws
    • Manage and track violations of governing documents and enforce the association's rules and regulations
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of ethical conduct at all times

    Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
