    Job Title: Assistant


    Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Assistant within our organization. The Assistant will be responsible for providing support across various departments including accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and general administration. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Assist with AR, AP, maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.

    Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

    Support in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

    Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.

    Coordinate and communicate with our Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records.

    Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time.

    Maintain accurate payroll records.

    Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding procedures.

    Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, updating HR policies, and assisting with employee inquiries.

    Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.

    Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate office maintenance activities.

    Assist with various administrative tasks related to LKH (insert what LKH stands for here) operations.

    Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.

    Assist with research projects as assigned.

    Support franchise operations through administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing orders, and coordinating with franchisees.

    Assist in the implementation of franchise policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    Education:
    • Highschool diploma required..
    Schedule:
    • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with standard office hours.
