• Perform daily reconciliation of cash transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Record and reconcile bank deposits, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to cash transactions.
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices as needed.
• Conduct collections activities to recover outstanding balances and maintain healthy AR aging.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while adhering to payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor communications.
• Assist in monthend and yearend financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any AR/AP related inquiries or issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash reconciliation roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software ( Syteline) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
