    As the Sales Manager for our Job Shop machine shop, you'll be the captain of our sales ship, charting a course to success with strategic plans that not only meet but exceed revenue targets. But wait, there's more You'll also be the maestro of motivation, leading our talented sales team with guidance, coaching, and mentorship that inspires greatness.

    Client relationships are our lifeblood, and as our sales Manager, you'll be the master of maintaining and nurturing these connections. You'll wine and dine our existing clients, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded. And let's not forget about expanding our horizons You'll hunt down new business opportunities like a pro, growing our client base faster than you can say "sales superstar."
