    Job DescriptionPositionnement de la Mission
    • Il s'agit d'une mission freelance pour le compte d'un de nos clients parmi les plus grandes entreprises au Maroc.
    • La mission sera en freelance pour une durée de 3 mois renouvelables (pour une visibilité sur plus d'un an)
    Responsabilités Principales
    • Analyse des besoins métiers et traduction en solutions techniques avec une forte composante CODIX.
    • Conception et optimisation des processus de recouvrement, en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
    • Collaboration étroite avec les équipes IT et métiers pour garantir l'alignement des solutions avec les besoins.
    • Suivi des performances et mise en place d'indicateurs clés pour mesurer l'efficacité des processus de recouvrement.
    Compétences et Expériences Requises
    • Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de projet / Business Analyst, idéalement dans le secteur du recouvrement ou dans des environnements financiers complexes.
    • Expertise avérée dans l'utilisation de CODIX, avec une capacité à personnaliser et optimiser cette solution pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise.
    • Excellentes compétences analytiques et une forte aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
    • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes à différents niveaux de l'organisation.
