Requirements:

Provides Analysis functions and provides business area knowledge and technical expertise to team members engaged in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business information systems.
Provides business area and technical expertise to management and customers to facilitate planning, set direction, define business initiatives and develop solutions to customer business information systems needs and requirements.
Assists the customer in the definition of business requirements, and their translation to information systems functions/features; establishes project objectives and identifies/quantifies benefits and develops business requirement documentation and coordinates system installation, evaluates existing systems and procedures, and recommends changes to management.
Meets regularly with customers to ensure timely and effective response to requests for service and high levels of customer.
Manage and create Change Requests (using ServiceNow), initiate Incident Management tickets.
Provide support for software releases and deployments.
Provide production level technical and business support when required due to various issues.

Required Experience Level:

13 Years of Experience
Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Previous experience and exposure to Web Services using JSON REST, testing using JUnit

Educational Requirements:

A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. An additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in lieu of a degree.
