Akira Technologies is seeking a junior-level Business Analyst to support the delivery of Navy analytics tools to support decision making by US Navy Chaplain Corps leadership.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to gather requirements
  • Manage project tasks and timeline
  • Examine and assess complex problems
  • Prepare and iterate on highquality deliverables with mínimal technical guidance and oversight.

Job Qualifications:


  • Associate's or relevant degree
  • 13 years of experience in gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders and turning them into technical specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, time management, and follow through especially as it relates to the creation of client deliverables
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Proven experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with highranking Naval officers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and/or government data management systems (i.e., ADVANA Jupiter) is preferred
  • Knowledge of US Navy Chaplains Corps is preferred
  • Secret clearance is required.
