Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decisionmaking
- Design and implement database structures to support data collection and reporting needs
- Utilize various tools and technologies such as VBA, Visio, Python, and SQL to automate processes and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals
- Support the Agile development process by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story estimation
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software development methodologies
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools
- Experience with database design concepts and SQL queries
- Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, Python is a plus
- Familiarity with process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
