Position Title:
Business Analyst**
Location: Washington, DC/ Telework

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • At least one (1) year of IT experience and an associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical field, or
  • At least two (2) years of IT experience and education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical field with no degree requirement
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, process and document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, implementation efforts.
  • Provides expertise in change management and training support; Provides organizational and strategic planning for the wide variety of technical and functional environments.
  • Provides expertise in performing studies including but not limited to Configuration Management, Disaster Recovery, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, and other aspects of technology and business improvement analysis.
  • Document meeting minutes

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$80, $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
