    Job Summary: The HR Generalist Manager oversees all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Generalist Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the organization's HR policies align with its strategic goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Employee Relations:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues. Implement strategies to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement. Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions.

    Recruitment and Selection:

    Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Coach managers on performance management best practices and techniques.

    Policy Development and Implementation:

    Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance. Monitor policy effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

    Compliance and Legal:

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise management on compliance issues. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to support legal and regulatory requirements.

    HR Administration:

    Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.

    In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

    Additional Information:

    This position may require occasional travel.

    Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate business needs

    $110,000 - $130,000 a year
