The Human Resources Manager at Care Partners At Home will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the
CEO in supporting multiple lines of business including but not limited to Home Care, Transitional Medicine, and Primary Care.
benefits administration, performance management, personnel records, associate and/or labor relations, training, employment law, compliance, payroll, development and implementation for both policy/procedure and administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The Human Resource Manager will work with the Director of Recruitment to ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes are complying in the appropriate fields and Company objectives.

SUPERVISES:
HR support staff when added.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Masters degree or additional certification preferred
- Must have at least five years of employment experiences in human resource management and CA labor standards knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Understanding of FLSA and California payroll regulations and appropriate wage orders
- Manage company leave programs by effectively interpreting FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities
- Handles associate relations counseling, investigations, and support supervisors with Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) preparation
- Work with supervisors to implement progressive discipline
- Advise associates and supervisors about company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures, etc.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Participates in new associate orientation program and i in conjunction with Recruiting Team
- Researches, develops, and implements associate recognition programs in coordination with Organizational Development Department.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employmentrelated inquiries from applicants, associate, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate leadership staff.
- Acts as lead communicator with our Workers' Compensation broker and designated insurance agency.
- Coordinates all light duty and return to work request directly with associate's department manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, payroll software basics, or related software.
Pay:
$85, $105,000.00 per year
