Human Resources Project Manager (Temporary) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.


Your Role:


As the
Human Resources Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR pillar to prepare the business for a significant new initiative_ _within the organization.


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee project management, gain insights from data, and recommending actions
  • Execute the HR strategy and tactics
  • Provide advice, counsel, and coaching on issues, structure, people, and process


Ultimately, you will integrate business strategy and values into an aligned HR strategy to drive business results thereby making a significant and important impact on our company and employees.

We need you to have:


  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting).
  • 2+ years of employee relations experience (engagement, retention).
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to travel as needed to our Appleton/Weyauwega, WI and Lewiston, UT based plants.

Icing on the cake:


  • Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry.
