Human Resources Project Manager (Temporary) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As the
Human Resources Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR pillar to prepare the business for a significant new initiative_ _within the organization.

You will have the opportunity to:

Oversee project management, gain insights from data, and recommending actions
Execute the HR strategy and tactics
Provide advice, counsel, and coaching on issues, structure, people, and process

Ultimately, you will integrate business strategy and values into an aligned HR strategy to drive business results thereby making a significant and important impact on our company and employees.

We need you to have:

BA/BS degree in a related field.
8+ years of HR Generalist experience.
2+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting).
2+ years of employee relations experience (engagement, retention).
2+ years of project management experience.
Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Ability to travel as needed to our Appleton/Weyauwega, WI and Lewiston, UT based plants.

Icing on the cake:

Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry.
