    The Business Development Representative – Restoration is a proactive Sales Role focused on growing the Restoration Segment for Empire Today.

    Responsibilities:
    Proactive actions to drive increased performance toward the achievement of commercial flooring sales objectives within the Restoration Space
    Developing relationships with Restoration Companies and Contractors in the Restoration space to drive flooring sales.
    Conducting research through online channels, Restoration and Construction groups, and networking to identify new clients.
    Working with potential partners to coordinate flooring installations.
    Maximizing existing Empire relationships locally.
    Utilizing Salesforce and other systems to track customer information and sales activity.
    Providing regular reporting to local, regional, and national sales management.
    Escalate issues to management when necessary.
    Perform other related duties as required.


    Qualifications:
    At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, commercial sales is a plus
    Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management
    Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Flexibility in a rapidly changing work environment
    Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and work in a team environment
    HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing a plus
    Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
    Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
    Ability to prioritize and organize work.
