    Blooming Behavior Services provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the spectrum or with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide the best treatment possible for our clients. Come Bloom with us and change a family's life.

    We are looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator and Administrative Assistant in San Diego who wants to join a growing company and utilize their experience to make a significant impact on their fellow employees' lives and the families we serve.

    This is will be a full-time role with the expectation to work 30-40 hours a week. This will be a hybrid position with the expectation to work in the office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our office is located in Mission Valley.

    What you will do:

    • Fill permanent scheduling needs based on the Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director's communication
    • Update client and staff availability in Central Reach
    • Maintain up-to-date records on the availability of staff and clients
    • Update client caseload spreadsheet with incoming schedule changes
    • Modify and update client schedules as necessary
    • Address concerns with filling schedules/communication directly with the scheduling supervisor
    • Report cancellation and census data to the regional director on a weekly basis
    • Evaluate staffing needs per region and coordinate needs with Talent Acquisition
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements:

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Proficient in software systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite
    • Must have medical office experience doing scheduling for a hospital, ER/OR, or mobile clinical staff
    • This position requires the ability to multi-task and pay high attention to detail
    • Must have excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Central Reach and Paylocity Preferred
    • Past work history with ABA scheduling is strongly preferred
