Description
Managing calendaring, meeting coordination, complex domestic (and some international) travel

  • Word processing, timely completion of expense reports, and handling of special projects
  • Anticipates, prepares and organizes materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, special events, corporate functions, etc.
  • Maintains accuracy, consistency and quality in a fastpaced, multitask environment and is flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment in handling confidential, employee and businessrelated or sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, set priorities and meet deadlinesEducation/Experience/Licenses etc: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of corporate executive level administrative experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products Word, Excel and Power Point, Microsoft Outlook and computer software related to specific tasks
