Kleinfelder has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant
Are you motivated by overseeing daily administrative and organization of an active department? Do you have strong communication skills and are a self-starter? If you answered yes to these questions and are looking for a terrific opportunity, consider joining our exciting Accounts Payable Team at the San Diego office

If you are someone who is energized by these activities, we want to talk to you

  • Overseeing daily printing, mailing, and administrative activities at an active 10 person (and growing) remote team.
  • Support diverse team of Accounting and Accounts Payable professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to team members
  • Organize and maintain department related files and supplies
  • Coordination with various Corporate departments

Requirements:


  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, including maintaining a friendly and courteous manner on the phone and in person
  • Two years or more of experience in an office environment
  • Inoffice requirement 100%
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Acceptable driving record

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.


Salary range:
$$43,843-$73,028.
