I am a passionate, balanced Human Resource Professional with 8 years of progressive experience. 

As a proven team developer, I work effectively with the associate base to implement the ethos and mission of ownership's vision. From hiring the right candidates to staff development I empower the employee base to be motivated and connected members of their work community increasing staff engagement, productivity and efficacy. 

Specializing in harmonizing the work environment, I have strong labor law experience emphasizing legal compliance and preventing wrongful legal action through diligent record keeping, positive coaching relationships, effective training modules, feedback driven leadership, and clear policy creation.

Having started from the bottom, I began as an in house HR administrative assistant with Cafe 21 Inc. Primary duties: I9 compliance, state paperwork and hiring documentation, certification compliance, record keeping, and office organization. I was promoted within my tenure to be the HR Specialist where I was able to develop the company's SOP manual for all positions, define all job descriptions, create the employee Handbook, develop training modules with the help of the management, and work closely with their Social Media and PR teams creating content. 

Moving into the HR Generalist's position within the DOD at Boarhog LLC., a heavy emphasis on state, federal, and local governing agency requirements for operational compliance. I assisted the co-owner with contract development, recruitment efforts, and transitioned 48 new employees in 8 months, to their job assignments in over 5 states within the government contracting sector primarily focused on National Cyber Security, Naval Intelligence, Federal Information Security with over 6 primary US Gov. contractors. I worked closely with the former CIA Officer turned private Security Officer to secure government issued Secret and Top Secret clearances along with other credentials for authorization to perform work under Federal Regulations. 

With Sunfood Superfood Inc., as HR Manager directly under the CHRO, focused on managing the administrative and operational function of all HR activities. During this current 2 year span I was able to fully optimize 2 HRIS systems, coordinate and implement the transition to ADP Totalsouce, develop a training program for both new leaders and upper management consistent with the organizational goals, decrease ground level turn over by 45% increasing the average tenure from 6 months in production to 1.5 years. Create an active engagement program for long standing (5 years and over) employees to reengage and reinvigorate their passion for the business increasing morale, cooperation, and attendance with the average monthly time-loss decreasing by 67%. Managed an annual payroll budget of 3.9m across 3 states. Championed the companies COVID protocols and policies. Served as a key contributor to HR Laws and best practices to impact organizational structure, processes, procedures, and strategy.
