    Real Estate Firm in downtown San Francisco is seeking a friendly and dynamic Office Manager to assist their office for 1-month This is a contract only position and the hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm MON-FRI.

    The Office Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    The Contract Office Manager will be tasked with the following duties:

    Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office and ensuring that the office is operating smoothly.
    Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
    Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
    Developing and maintaining a filing system, checking mail, and updating contact database and records.
    Managing office budget.
    Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
    Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment and providing in-house tech support.
    Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
    Managing office G&A budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
    Monitor and order kitchen beverages, snacks, and supplies.
    3+ years of office management experience.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software.
    High level of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
    Experience with customer service and handling a multi-line phone system.
    Experience in managing office supplies and negotiating with vendors.
    Proven track record of maintaining an office in tip-top shape.
    bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
