Hello, My name is Jack, and I'm a first-generation Chinese American. As the eldest child in my family, and the first in my family to pursue any form of higher education. My passion for computer science and mathematics. Combined with my critical thinking and problem-solving skills, gives me the Ability to analyze issues and situations systematically and make sound recommendations. Especially in today fast-pace and changing field of Information Technology, where new innovations are just around the corner. 

I have completed my UC Berkeley Data analytics Bootcamp in December, 2021 and Earned my Certification in Data Analytics.

I have studied Project management At Year up! Bay area. As a PM Trainee at Year Up! 
I practiced and refined my soft and technical skills. By training's in business communications, public speaking and information technology.

I was the Data analyst for Go to market, Platform marketing team at salesforce. My responsibilities included, creation of complex SQL queries, extract transform load, data warehousing, tableau dashboard creation and maintenance. I played a large part in the Heroku overages program, which analyzed customer usage data. In order to build calculated fields to identify when a customer would experience an “Overage”. We would automate email notifications to internal Account Executives, and notify them of these customer overages. Program was a major success Generating 74M in additional closed deals in FY23. As the Data Analyst I was responsible for locating data objects, writing the complex SQL Query, and generating a master table. Creating the tableau dashboards and approving sharing access for internal stakeholders. My data was passed off to Project managers on the team, whom would do the email template creation, notification, and office hours.
