    Description


    LI National Retailer is seeking a Human Resources Manager in their Corporate Office to become a part of team You will administer and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department(benefits administration, communication on policies & procedures) Additional responsibilities include recruitment, management systems(HRMS), and record maintenance.


    Responsibilities:
    The management of all human resources programs including benefit plans, employment, training.
    Administration and auditing of employee benefit programs(including 401k plan administration).
    Process enrollments changes, and terminations.

    Acting as liaison with carriers and assisting with open enrollment process with a self-insured health plan, and with the 401k plan recordkeeper.

    Processing and monitoring compliance for all leave of absences including FMLA, ST Dbl., LTD, etc.
    Support management in recruiting efforts including: conducting interviews, reference checking and employment offer preparation.
    Interact with all employees and supervisors regarding any routine human resources or individual questions or concerns.
    Maintain confidential employee files for all present and past employees and all compensation and benefits record.

    Responsible for all HR related reporting including but not limited to: EEO-1 reporting, CA Pay Data Reporting, OSHA Log reporting, PCORI tax filing and 1095C processing.

    Ability to Review and ensure 5500's are filed accurately and timely.
    Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
    Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.

    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields.
    Experience with computers and software programs including Word, Excel, and HRMS programs or other similar databases.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Experienced in all aspects of a self-funded health benefit plan, including ACA reporting.
    Fundamental knowledge of employment laws.


    Must have multi-state experience in HR. Must have experience with self-funded health plans
