We are looking for a
Human Resources Field Manager who will play a crucial role in leading a team of Field Recruiters and ensuring that our satellite offices have support in the HR onboarding process.

Human Resources Field Manager Responsibilities:

Train and support a team of field recruiters to effectively convey our message to potential employees/caregivers.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of field recruiting initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Human Resources Field Manager Requirements:

Proven leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals through quality home healthcare services.

- Must have a car and be willing to travel throughout the week to various locations of Field Recruiters and satellite offices.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
