HHA/PCA Requirements & Key Responsibilities:


  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid insurance and registration
  • Minimum age of 1
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to travel to care for patients in homes
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming & dressing
  • Preparation of meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Interest in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and disabilities

Sign-on bonus: $500 after 250 hours worked:
