    Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced person for a technical sales and business development position to join our team. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, takes initiative, and focus on building relationships to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and market penetration. As a member of our team, you will be actively establishing, developing, and maintaining new prospective customers and existing customers to generate new business for MIDASoft's products and services.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of direct sales in SaaS and Prospecting.
    • Proven record of consistent sales goal/quota achievement.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.
    • Excellent collaboration skills with various teams.
    • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Hubspot.
    • Experience in Engineering Design Firm and Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis
    • Degree or Equivalent experience in Civil engineering or transportation industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales Representatives are responsible for driving new business by achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for users and prospects within a defined geographic territory and specific product range.
    • Build and manage 3X and 5X pipeline, including sales forecasting.
    • Builds sales funnels through individual prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars and cold calling.
    • Presents and positions MIDASoft's products/services to prospective customers via remote or on-site visits. Represents MIDASoft with professionalism and integrity.
    • Participate in relevant exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and other events.
    • Ability to negotiate sales and/or service agreements.
    • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency, is highly motivated, and takes initiative when appropriate.
    • Travel will be required.
