Description

Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Newark, NJ

Schedule: Hybrid- 2 days in office

Pay: 22-23/hr+ depending on experience

Our client is a business to business service provider to offer solutions for innovation in various industries including defense, healthcare, entrepreneurship, corporate development.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for full cycle accounts payable
Process invoices per week
Match invoices to PO to process payables
Key in invoice data into Multiview ERP
Reconcile discrepancies on invoices

Benefits of the role:

Ability to be trained and gain experience within the accounting field
- Will be trained by the controller and accountant
Opportunity to gain skills in AP and also AR and general accounting if the person is open to it.
Potential opportunity for the position to go full time but not a guarantee
