    ***Please note, this position can be based in Irvine, CA, Austin, TX, or remote**

    In this role, you will gain great visibility and collaborate with several key leaders and departments delivering valued customer experience programs and improvements. Partner with functional areas of the business to deliver on the readiness, enablement, and activation of tools/technologies and processes that enhance and accelerate the Customer Experience. You will play a key role in connecting CX programs to the business operations and instrumentation that leads to turning data into insights and action. This position is to help drive projects and operations to streamline processes and align with multiple key stakeholders to ensure we are continuously working on improving the overall customer experience. **How you'll add value:**

    Combine insights from multiple efforts and teams to attribute impact across all areas of the business.

    Assist with the creation of and execution to continuous Customer Experience improvements

    Assist with project scoping, building out, and executing

    Efficiently manage and execute the process of reactivating and deactivating customer licensing utilizing multiple tools.

    Assist with project managing key projects for the organization

    **What you'll need to be successful in this role:**

    Superior interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration

    Polished written and oral communicator

    Creative, innovative, analytical, and collaborative

    Strong skills and knowledge in a wide range of tools including Salesforce, MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint), , Jira/Confluence

    Project management/operations and facilitation skills preferred

    Customer Service experience required

    Highly organized, design-minded and detail-oriented

    Project Management experience
