Are you a dynamic and motivated individual? Do you thrive on creating positive customer experiences and driving new business? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Join REALLY as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role responsible for delivering a white glove experience to our wireless customers.

Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls/chats from potential and current wireless customers
Efficiently resolve various customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Provide accurate product knowledge and solution offerings to meet the needs of our new and current wireless customers
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and customer engagement
Cultivate customer loyalty through proficient account management
Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
Ensure new business and service targets are met
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Knowledge of Google Suite Products
Preferred 1+ years of inbound or outbound phone customer service/sales experience
Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
