- Take inbound calls/chats from potential and current wireless customers
- Efficiently resolve various customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate product knowledge and solution offerings to meet the needs of our new and current wireless customers
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and customer engagement
- Cultivate customer loyalty through proficient account management
- Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
- Ensure new business and service targets are met
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Knowledge of Google Suite Products
- Preferred 1+ years of inbound or outbound phone customer service/sales experience
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
