Were currently looking for a **Director of Customer Experience.** Reporting to the CEO youll be responsible for customer happiness. This role will oversee implementation, support, and ongoing success of our Enterprise clientele.
**About you:**
Experienced Customer Experience Leader.
Experience in venture-backed organizations
Strong convictions great customer experience.
Constantly honing your approach, and looking ways to have a bigger impact.
Confident navigating uncertainty to delivering results with minimal oversight.
