    Director of Customer Experience

    Opslock makes the world a safer place to work.

    Traditional safety software focuses on increasing the efficiency of traditional paper-based systems.

    Opslock focuses on actually making work safer.

    We using technology to help employees to predict hazards, and recommend how to avoid them - a technique we call predictive mitigation.

    Were currently looking for a **Director of Customer Experience.** Reporting to the CEO youll be responsible for customer happiness. This role will oversee implementation, support, and ongoing success of our Enterprise clientele.

    **About you:**

    Experienced Customer Experience Leader.

    Experience in venture-backed organizations

    Strong convictions great customer experience.

    Constantly honing your approach, and looking ways to have a bigger impact.

    Confident navigating uncertainty to delivering results with minimal oversight.

    Experience with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE/EHS) Experience.
