We must bring several _Customer Service Representatives _on board; they are essential to our success We rely on our _Customer Service Representatives_ to consistently resolve inquiries within our contact center on a daily basis.

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work between 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Saturday.
  • Must be able to pass a background screen successfully.
  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
  • Must be comfortable using computers daily.
  • You must type at least 3040 words per minute.
  • An extensive background in a customerfacing role in pest control, routing, customer service, escalations, customer retention, customer experience, sales, customer support, and customer care.
  • A passion for helping others and a proven track record of making a difference.
  • Experience successfully taking calls daily (possibly more) to help manage call volume.
  • Defined technical skills to utilize multiple technologies (laptop, computer, office equipment, world wide web, G-Suite (Google), MS Office, web browsers, CRMs, clientbased software) to do the job.
  • An extensive sales background, with experience converting digital leads into recurring customers.
  • The ability to service interactions in English & Spanish (Bilingual is a huge plus)
  • Stellar communication skills to effectively communicate with anyone you interact with.
  • Extensive experience utilizing phone etiquette to display soft skills and express empathy when interacting with new and existing customers.
  • A keen sense of detail to consistently meet and exceed quality assurance expectations.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with others.
  • A goal & actionoriented mindset with a resultsdriven mentality.
  • Organizational skills to always be proactive, not reactive.
  • The ability to adapt to change in a positive manner.
  • The ability to be flexible and available to help the Magna Team succeed.

A Typical Day in The Life of a Customer Service Representative:

  • You'll work a standard shift aligned with business operating hours.
  • You'll utilize various technologies to access customer and product information.
  • You'll interact with multiple people consistently throughout the day.
  • You'll follow outlined processes and procedures that provide the highest standards of service to new and existing customers.
  • You'll collaborate with team members that have various levels of responsibility.
  • You may encounter a system, process, or way of doing something possibly changes and you must adapt quickly.
  • You'll learn something new that positively impacts your ability to exceed the expectations of your role.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
