    Sales Executive USA (Nas Academy)

    Location:

    US, RemoteFounded by Nuseir Yassin from Nas Daily (65 million followers), the Nas Company builds technology products for the modern creator.

    Launched in 2020, it has 4 main products:

    The Creator Accelerator Program:
    a 5 month program designed to help professionals 10x their social media reach

    AI Program:
    Learn how to master writing, social media content and sales skills using AI tools

    University Courses:
    Partnering with institutions around the world to offer Nas Academy programs in content creation and AI

    Corporate Partnerships:

    Working with some of the biggest brands in APAC and EMEA regions to provide creator education and UGC challenges.

    Nas Academy is looking for a Sales Executive, with a strong background in Enterprise Sales, to expand sales of the Nas Academy products in the United States, and across other English-speaking territories.

    We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Sales Executive in the US, to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for US and English-speaking territories.

    The individual should be positive and possess exceptional relationship building skills and be both a strategic thinker and a hands on executor who leads by example.

    Most importantly, the individual should have a proven track record in achieving individual revenue targets.
    This remote position requires a candidate based in the United States, with occasional travel.

    Responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, you'll be a versatile commercial professional and will have ownership of delivery of the revenue target for the region.

    You will join our global team in a dynamic and international work environment, embracing diverse cultures, time zones, and customer requirements.


    Responsibilities:
    Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and close deals effectively.
    Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as potential clients.
    Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services.
    Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
    Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and new agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    Conduct presentations, deliver a basic demo of the solutions, proposal creation, and negotiation.
    Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account metrics, business development activities, and revenue forecasts.
    Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from inquiry to delivery.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
    Proven experience (3+ years) in strategic sales, account management, business development, or SAAS related roles.
    Credible and competent Individual capable of and record of working at Senior leadership levels with key Strategic Partners.
    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
    Strong understanding of the North American market with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
    Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Compensation:
    100,000 USD to 130,000 USD annually + bonuses and incentive structure
