- Facilitate Board of Directors meetings, including all preparatory activities;
- Coordinate company-wide updates and organize corporate events;
- Project Manage key leadership and finance initiatives such as fundraising, annual budget process, executive offsite, etс;
- Prepare agendas for meetings, review meeting notes, keep track of to-do lists/follow-ups, build timelines and status updates for projects;
- Prioritize the executives' schedules and focus in line with strategic objectives;
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings;
- Book end-to-end travel arrangements for the team and to ensure completion of trips; maintain and supervise travel/accommodation preferences;
- Assist with special projects, research, and compiling data as directed by executives.
- At least 4 years of experience as Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-performing startup environment;
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- Advanced organizational abilities with the capacity to manage several complex projects in tandem;
- Extraordinary time management skills and makes attention to detail a priority;
- Quick learner with a knack for technology, who can figure out new systems and adapt on the go;
- Ability to complete daily tasks with little to no direction;
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
