    Vimeo is looking for an Sr. Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing enterprise accounts within our Vimeo Enterprise product line. Furthermore, you will identify and land key opportunities within your book of business. We value intelligence and resourcefulness, and are looking for someone who consistently strives to do their best work.


    What you'll do:


    Oversee accounts within Vimeo's Enterprise product customer base in our Corporate segment, with a goal structure oriented toward expanding these existing relationshipsUnderstand and anticipate clients' business needs to drive the success of key accountsStrengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and new solutionsProactively manage customer pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly objectivesConfidently conveying Vimeo's value proposition both in-person and via automationAssist in collecting client feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practicesIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to meet clients' evolving needs.

    Skills and knowledge you should possess:6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industryStrong experience retaining and expanding accountsAbility to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partnersThorough working knowledge of sales tools, including a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparableBonus points for:Online Video Platform (OVP) experience, or knowledge of online video technologiesKnowledge of live streaming technologiesExperience carrying a $4MM+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of businessTrack record of exceeding quotas#LI-OZ1

    Targeted Base Salary Range:
    $81,900 to $125,500.The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
