- Research companies, sectors, and markets to optimize our prospection strategy and processes
- Stay up-to-date on key events and trends in the financial services space
- Work closely with the senior business development team (Account Executives and Client Success Managers) to strategize on key accounts, industries and geographies
- Secure initial meetings with senior executives and generate new business opportunities in the US through effectively managing, qualifying and converting leads.
- Effectively manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads to viable opportunities
- Build, implement and manage intelligent multi-channel outbound prospection campaigns
- Work with our Business Development Manager and Head of Business Development to look for opportunities to innovate and optimize lead generation
- A consistent track record of achieving your objectives
- A proactive attitude with goal-driven team player spirit
- Analytical skills and curiosity
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- You can speak another language (Spanish, etc.)
- Familiarity with financial and professional services

Your responsibilities
We're looking for energetic, determined, and high-performing sales professionals to join our Business Development team as Business Development Representatives (SDR/BDR). This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly-growing, profitable and self-funded start-up, learn valuable business development skills, and make an impact.
As a BDR who joins our growing business development team in NYC, you will seek out new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in the US, our biggest market.
