    Talent Acquisition Partner Intro
    We are looking for an eager and hard-working Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team.

    The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong sense of urgency and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a supportive and approachable team environment.

    Talent Acquisition Partner Job Details As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for seeking out candidates to fill open positions within our organization.

    Your duties will include creating and executing recruitment plans, engaging with active and passive talent, and connecting them to current job opportunities.

    You will also build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization.

    Additionally, you will discuss candidate selection with hiring leaders to influence employment decisions and work with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, candidate requirements, and draft job descriptions.

    Talent Acquisition Partner Mandatory Skills The successful candidate will have experience in finance and operations, and a strong understanding of Workday.

    You must be confident, hardworking, and have a stable work history.

    You will be working on roles ranging from level 6 to 8, however, you will not be sourcing executive or director level roles.

    Talent Acquisition Partner Desired Skills We are looking for a candidate who is accessible, demonstrates excellent teamwork, and has strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    Experience in supporting Retail and Digital Banking, Finance, strategic initiative type roles, Legal, and Marketing roles would be advantageous.

    Talent Acquisition Partner Start Date We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, ideally by January 8th, 2023.

    The role is a 9-month contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time employee, depending on business needs and individual performance.

    Talent Acquisition Partner Location This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office at least one day per week, preferably on Wednesday or Thursday.

    The office is located at IL-120 S LaSalle St, Chicago, Illinois, United States. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, from 9-5 Monday to Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
