We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) for our client Airbus Operations at their location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Illinois City, IL.

This position is offered through temporary employment, with the possibility of permanent employment with the client if suitable.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborating with business functions to understand their needs and develop a recruitment strategy for specific profiles
  • Determining the most suitable sourcing strategy, channels, and social media to identify and attract the most talented employees
  • Identifying and recruiting talent for the company (passive or active sourcing)
  • Creating attractive, compliant, and diversityfriendly job postings to advertise positions and review applications
  • Assessing the potential of applicants using the latest tools and technologies (video, tests, virtual reality assessment...)
  • Influencing internal and external communities and networks; staying active on job boards, social networks, etc. and leading the decisionmaking process for final candidate selection
  • Delivering results based on KPIs

You possess:


  • A degree in business administration or social/economic sciences
  • At least three years of experience as an HR business partner and in human resources (in general)
  • Relevant experience in recruiting
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience in head
