As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition, Delivery team, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruitment support of corporate roles (salaried and contract) by leveraging knowledge of local/regional/cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements.

How You'll Help:


  • Managing the job offer process, including negotiation, and consultation
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs for function
  • Developing cost effective, efficient, proactive and innovative solutions to meet business recruiting needs
  • Using SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis
  • Participating in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed

About You:


  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate environment; Prior agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Effective in navigating competing priorities including volume, location, and stakeholders
  • Experience in SuccessFactors or Phenom a plus
