    Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

    Job Summary:

    The Vice President of Investment Banking for Industrials will play a pivotal leadership role, driving growth and overseeing significant transactions within the industrial sector. This position requires an individual with robust industry knowledge, exceptional financial acumen, and a strategic mindset to enhance our client relationships and transaction success rates.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and execute complex financial transactions such as M&A, IPOs, debt financings, and restructuring within the industrial sector.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients, enhancing business opportunities and firm reputation.
    • Analyze industry trends and financial data to develop strategic advice for clients and guide transaction decisions.
    • Oversee the preparation of pitch books, financial models, and presentations for client meetings and transactions.
    • Manage and mentor a team of investment banking professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure all transactions meet legal standards and ethical practices.
    • Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other public forums to enhance business development efforts.
    • Drive the strategic planning process within the industrials group, identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.
    • Ensure rigorous risk management and due diligence processes are implemented for all transactions.
    • Lead negotiations on deals, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
