Vice President of Marketing


West Coast Dental is a leading provider of dental support services (DSO) for a network of fifty full-service adult and children's dental offices throughout Southern California.

Committed to operational excellence and delivering a great patient experience, our affiliated offices offer a comprehensive range of dental services, including all general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, specialty care, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and more.


We Are Looking For


A talented, experienced professional who will assume the reigns of Vice President of Marketing and lead our mass and local marketing efforts.

This individual will work closely with a team of marketing support staff and field marketers, as well as the operations leadership team responsible for the oversight and success of our affiliated dental offices.

We employ state-of-the-art systems, practices, and metrics to monitor, adjust and manage our marketing spend and avenues.

We also have a large call center where our inbound and outbound efforts are coordinated closely with the work of our Marketing Department.


Reporting directly to our CEO who has more than two decades of experience in the DSO space, you will oversee and manage all aspects of marketing, including brand development, field marketing, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and market research.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the Marketing Department support staff and field marketers
  • Interact and coordinate with Call Center and Operations leaders
  • Manage, develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, attract new patients, and retain existing patients
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and growth targets
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring maximum reach and ROI.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and attract new patients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and advancements in dental technology to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare or dental services industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative problem solver with a resultsdriven mindset
