    Operations Manager (Customer Service, Logistics, and Field Support)

Flock Off Pest Control seeks a versatile Operations Manager who can help drive their science-based business model and take their company to the next level. The selected candidate will lead the customer service division, logistics, and field service support, both nationally and internationally. The position requires the ability to travel (less than 10% of the time) and supervise services on rooftops.     Responsibilities:

    Customer Service Management:

    · Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.

    · Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    · Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

    · Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and promote customer loyalty.

    Logistics Management:

    · Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping, and distribution.

    · Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of electronic equipment to customers.

    · Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

    · Track and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Field Support Coordination:

    · Support customers' field technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment at customer sites.

    · Schedule field service appointments and visit customer locations as needed.

    · Provide technical guidance and support to field service personnel to resolve complex issues effectively.

    · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during field service activities.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    · Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to build a high-performing operations team.

    · Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.

    · Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

    · Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    · Strong track record in customer service.

    · Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the electronics or hardware industry.

    · Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.

    · In-depth knowledge of logistics principles, supply chain management, and customer service best practices.

    · Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems for inventory management and order processing.

    · Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.

    · Prior experience in field service management and technical support is a plus.

    · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Compensation:

    • 90k + Bonus based on performance
