Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Oversee payroll, training, and performance management, including hiring, firing, and developing employee skills.

Operations Oversight: Manage and optimize labor, cost of goods sold, and general operations to improve efficiency and profitability, including implementing and refining operational policies and procedures.

Customer Relations: Interface with customers, handle escalated issues, and ensure adherence to our Legendary Customer Service by our team.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Excel, Python, and other tools to run detailed reports and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or serviceoriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis, with advanced knowledge of Excel and preferably some experience with programming in Python.
- Strong customer service skills with experience handling escalated issues.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
