Job Description:


  • Manages the supervisor that oversees the team of Care Coordinators that schedule Durable Medical Equipment and ancillary services.
  • Formulates strategy to manage inventories, improve performance, and quality management
  • Works with support teams to create job/process materials and establish resources.
  • Mentors team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
  • Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way
  • Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Formulates strategic and operational objectives
  • Examines financial data and uses them to improve profitability
  • Performs quality controls and monitors production KPIs
  • Recruits, trains and supervises staff
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as an Operations Leader or similar role
  • Insurance industry experience preferred, specifically in Workers Compensation
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
